Symbiota2: Developer's release.

Symbiota is widely-used software to present herbariim collections on-line.  Symbiota2 is a rewrite of the Symbiota codebase.  In this talk we will present Symbiota2 and describe the benefits of Symbiota2 for developers of botany-related software.  Symbiota2 is a plugin framework, like Wordpress.  End-user functionality is integrated into Symbiota2 through plugins.  We describe the plugin developer release of Symbiota2, how to create a plugin, what a plugin can do, and additional resources available to plugin developers.  An end-user release of Symbiota2 is planned for Fall 2020, so now is a great time to extend Symbiota with botany-related software!
